28 January 2016: SWEPA Training Sub-committee collaborated with CAL Computer Learning Centre on the HRDF 1Malaysia GRIP Program in Kota Kinabalu recently.
A Graduation Ceremony was held at the Avangio Hotel and officiated by Datuk Siringan Gubat, Minister of Resource Development & IT.
The 1Malaysia GRIP program is a platform specially created to provide work enhancement for employers to up-skill and re-trained their employees for work empowerment.
In materialising our SWEPA President’s theme “STRIVE TOWARDS ACHIEVEMENT”, it is a dream come true in this venture. The direction to provide more sustainable training programs to further improved our local workforce is a valuable way for self achievement.
75 trainees comprising of SWEPA Members, Friends and Associates came from 37 organisations participated in this HRDF 1Malaysia GRIP program in Human Resources Management, Financial & Accounting and Marketing & Sales which was conducted by a panel of professional Trainers of CAL Computer.
All Trainees have to undergo a 7 full days intensive training and must pass the online examination in order to acquire the Professional Certfication from International Association of Outsourcing Professional (IAOP).
Trainees unanimously agreed that the 1Malaysia GRIP Program have brought them much impact and positive results in nurturing them in the many aspect of their learning process. Thus, enabling them to bring back good values in improving their work performance.
